We ask you to copy and paste the product link into the form so we know exactly what item to deliver. This step is crucial because we purchase the product on your behalf, allowing us to manage the entire process, from coordinating with the shipping courier, to ensuring your package reaches you smoothly and securely.

Our delivery fee is $7 per order.

Once we receive your package from the courier, we’ll send you a scheduling link. At that time, payment will be required for the order, including the delivery fee.

Simply send us an email, and we'll provide you with a Calendly link to schedule your return pickup. Ensure the item is properly packaged, and a driver will handle the rest. All return pickups are free, and we'll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Our current delivery hours are 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. However, we’ll be expanding our hours very soon.

Yes, when you schedule a delivery, it will arrive within a 30-minute window. For example, if you choose 6:00 PM, your order will be delivered between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM.

If the driver arrives within the 30-minute window and you're not available, they'll send you a text asking if you'd like your package left at your door or if you'd prefer to reschedule (a rescheduling fee will apply). If you choose to have it left at your door, the driver will take a photo of the package at your door and send it to you as confirmation.
